The T House offers baked goods, cookie subscriptions, baking classes, workshops, educational content, custom orders, and related products and services.

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without notice.

Payment is due at the time of purchase unless otherwise specified. We accept approved payment methods through our third-party payment processors.

You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all purchases, subscriptions, shipping charges, taxes, and applicable fees.

If you enroll in a recurring subscription:

• Your subscription will automatically renew according to the selected billing cycle.
• Your payment method will be charged automatically on each renewal date.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing cycle.
• Cancellations submitted after a billing date may apply to the following billing cycle.
• We reserve the right to modify subscription offerings, pricing, or available flavors with reasonable notice.

We currently ship within the United States.

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather events, incorrect shipping information, or circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Additional shipping fees may apply for returned or redirected packages.

Our products are prepared in facilities that may process common allergens, including but not limited to:

• Eggs
• Soy
• Peanuts
• Tree nuts

Although we take reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee that any product is free from cross-contact with allergens.

Customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions consume products at their own risk.

Due to the perishable nature of baked goods, all food sales are generally final.

Refunds, replacements, or store credits may be issued at our discretion for products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and may require photographs of the product and packaging.

Class registrations, workshops, and event tickets may be subject to separate cancellation policies disclosed at registration.

Participation in classes, workshops, camps, and events is voluntary.

Participants and parents or guardians of minor participants acknowledge that baking activities may involve kitchen equipment, heat sources, utensils, and ingredients that carry inherent risks.

By participating, you voluntarily assume these risks and agree to follow all safety instructions provided by The T House staff.

We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behavior creates safety concerns or disrupts the experience of others.

Unless otherwise requested in writing, participants grant The T House permission to use photographs, video recordings, testimonials, and similar content captured during classes, events, workshops, or other activities for marketing, promotional, educational, and social media purposes.

Parents or guardians may opt out of media usage for minors by notifying us in writing before the event.

All website content, recipes, educational materials, graphics, logos, branding, photographs, videos, text, and related materials are the property of The T House and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or otherwise use our content without prior written permission.

You agree not to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Interfere with the operation of our Services
• Submit false or misleading information
• Use our content without authorization
• Engage in abusive, threatening, or inappropriate conduct toward our staff, instructors, or participants

Our Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The T House disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
